- Arrival Time: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for consultation and to complete any necessary forms. This ensures your session begins relaxed and on time.
- Late Arrivals: Arriving late may result in a shortened session to accommodate the next client.
- Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival.
- Full charges apply for the booked time, even if the session is shortened.
- If you expect to be late, please contact us as early as possible – we will do our best to accommodate you, but this is not guaranteed.
Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations: We understand that plans can change, but a non-refundable fee of 20% applies to all cancellations.
- Why the Fee? This fee covers the time reserved for you and ensures our therapist is available to provide your treatment. We appreciate your understanding.

- Refunds:
- If the session is halted within the first 15 minutes, you will receive a full refund.
- After 15 minutes, no refunds will be issued, as the therapist's time has been committed to your booking.
